Refund policy

Warranty

We are offering 5 years warranty for all the vyrkniv-branded products.We do not accept a random return after 7 days upon the arriving of the parcel unless there is an issue we cannot solve. We will not issue refund for the random returned products.

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at hello@vyrkniv.com and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.

 

Factory Defective Product

VYRkniv warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the normal functionality of your purchase.

The below are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Defects that are caused by human-being damage, like misuse, abuse, installation, swapping, self-repairing and/or modifications, or maladjustment of the product, or neglect, overdriving, and similar actions.
  2. Defects in consumables, or use beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable in question.

 

How can i claim my warranty?

In order to claim for warranty, you must send an email to hello@vyrkniv.com first and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The proof of purchase of our selling channel or platform
  • Images/videos showing the manufacturing problem of the product complying with our warranty policy

Once we have confirmed that the product is defective, a replacement unit will be sent to you. We may require you to return the defective unit to VYRkniv in exchange for a replacement.

  

Received wrong layout/version

If you find that the product layout or version you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written/printed on paper.  Email this to us at hello@vyrkniv.com to get the support.

  

Order cancellations

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
